Dulles Cyber

How pricing works

Scope first, proposal second.

Dulles Cyber does not publish a rigid price menu for this work because small-business website environments vary more than they look from the outside. The right scope depends on stack condition, access, dependencies, urgency, and whether the work is recurring or incident-driven.

Website review / security check

Usually starts with a short intake and a discovery conversation so the review covers the real dependencies.

Ongoing website care

Scoped around supported platforms, the size of the website footprint, and how much recurring operator attention is actually needed.

Active incident response

Handled separately from normal quoting because urgency, access, and recovery condition matter more than a menu price.

What happens before a proposal

  • You submit an intake with the path that best fits the situation
  • Dulles Cyber reviews the website, host, platform, and urgency signals
  • A short discovery call or email clarification closes the obvious gaps
  • A scoped proposal follows once the work shape is clear

Why there is no public price list

  • Two WordPress sites can have completely different plugin risk, access condition, and recoverability
  • Hosting, DNS, CDN, registrar, and email sprawl changes the real effort quickly
  • Active incident work is driven by urgency and condition, not brochure pricing

Proposal notes

What buyers should expect from the intake and quoting process.

The intake form is better than a blind quote button.

Most buyers do not know whether they need recovery, ongoing care, or a review yet. The intake form gives enough context to route the situation properly before a proposal is drafted.

Active incidents skip the normal quoting rhythm.

If something is failing right now, the first goal is triage and commercial alignment, not a long pre-sales process.

Recurring care is scoped, not unlimited.

Ongoing website care covers supported recurring oversight, not every design request, marketing update, or unrelated business IT issue.

Migration or rebuild work is a separate decision.

If the right answer is moving off a fragile platform, that is handled as a separate scoped project after the current situation is understood.
